Open-sourcing my Claude Code Command Center

Today, I am open-sourcing Command Center, my Claude Code plugin with 11 bundled skills that turn one folder into your entire work base. Do you live in Claude Code and are tired of starting from zero every morning? Command Center fixes that.

At setup, you run one command, it interviews you for a few minutes, and then it scaffolds a workspace that remembers: a CLAUDE.md that knows who you are, a set of purpose-built folders, and eleven skills for the actual rhythm of knowledge work - a morning briefing, a brain-dump you can fire mid-thought, an end-of-day log that sorts itself into decisions and to-dos, meeting prep, drafting in your own voice, a weekly review etc.

The skills' potential is truly unlocked when you've wired up tools like a calendar, a meeting notetaker, team chat, email, web search, and a memory layer. Connecting them is what turns the system from a filing cabinet into a folder on your machine that Claude knows how to run. Over time, every brief, decision and meeting starts compounding into a context graph you can actually search and build on.

Let me know if you'd like to try it out!
