This is how I run all my work from just one folder on my laptop using Claude Code. It's a carefully constructed 4-layer system comprising the project brain, persistent memory, repeatable workflows and external connectors. I also manage several cross-projects from the same setup.
My day plans itself in the morning and reconciles itself at night. It's hard to put into words how much leverage this gives me and how it lets me one-shot not just my core work but also many cross-functional adjacencies, coding and non-coding tasks alike.
What I love about the system is that it compounds. The more I use it, the more context it accumulates, and the sharper every output gets, because the knowledge graph underneath keeps getting richer. The system I have today is meaningfully better than the one I had a month ago, and I didn't do anything except keep using it. It's further bolstered by dozens of global skills I use regularly.
I've seen what AI can do for knowledge work, so I'm turning this into an advanced workshop for high-velocity operators and founders who already live in Claude Code and want to go several levels deeper. It's ambitious, I'm building it properly, and it's roughly 2-3 weeks out. This screenshot is just a glimpse of the table of contents, and there's a lot more inside. I want to hand the whole system over as a plug-and-play package, not just talk about it.
