New Elevation Capital thesis: Enterprise AI.

A quick look at our evolving views on the key AI developments and where/how Indian founders can build in AI for enterprises.

A few big themes are emerging (in addition to our investment focus areas of infra, vertical AI, and services)

- Models may be getting commoditized, but there's a lot of room to disrupt when you go vertical

- Enterprises are going to replace labor spend with agents. You can figure out the TAM in each sector

- We will need a lot of compute. New build-out will support inference. Sovereign considerations/data localization will be big.

- We have only scratched the surface of how startups can creatively disrupt the incumbents

- Companies want to deploy production-grade AI everywhere, as fast as possible

- India is now a decent test market for AI pilots. More startups will find their first customers here

- With AI, we have an opportunity to shed the 'India is for cheaper back office work' tag

- The 'India to Global' AI corridor is well and truly in motion
